Kiara Farmer-Owner and Founder
I have worked as a Para-Educator at every level in elementary and middle school- from self-contained classrooms to gen-ed settings. My methods are not traditional. I believe in project based learning, with real world connections, kinetic learning with manipulatives and incorporating general knowledge into each activity. I practice collecting data to lesson plan so that each lesson is intentional. I also believe that structuring materials around a child’s style of learning is the key to confidence and success. My passion is progress, not performance.
